IMPORTANT STUFF
ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIREMENT:
Stays MUST be booked at least 1-day in advance of the arrival date. BCA is unable to accommodate same-day bookings.
VIRTUAL CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:
All guests must check-in at least 1-day prior to arrival.
For check-in, we will need:
- A valid credit card for incidentals and damages ($300 Authorization)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver’s license, passport or similar)
- A “Selfie” of you holding your Government Issued Photo ID
PAYMENTS:
The initial payment (approximately first 7-nights) is due by credit card at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The next 2-weeks or remainder of your stay, whichever is less, will be automatically collected via credit card 1-3 days prior to arrival and every 2-weeks thereafter (if applicable). If you are staying more than 21-nights, your reservation will be automatically billed bi-weekly.
