For those of you on the fence... A few past reviews left me apprehensive to book. No issue w/ hot water. Bedding NOT uncomfortable. I loved the pillow so much I tried to order an identical one online but they're sold out! No issues w/ wifi. NO bugs! We walked a few miles @ night & never felt unsafe.
