Cozy and Quaint Home away from Home

by Tom 2026-04-15

Enjoyed my stay at BCA! I loved the park and biking trail nearby, the proximity to downtown, restaurants, coffee shops and groceries. It felt like a home away from home and everything went smoothly with clear instructions.

TeamBCA Response: Hey Tom! Thanks for the awesome review. So glad you enjoyed your stay at BCA. We also love the nearby park and biking trail - definitely a highlight! And we agree, a filtered water pitcher would be a great addition. Thanks for the suggestion! We hope to host you again next time you're in Atlanta. Cheers!

Good bed! But it could be better if prepare for some slippers and more thick beddings!

TeamBCA Response: Thank you for your review, Jiayi! We're glad to hear you had a good night's sleep in our comfy bed. We will definitely take your suggestion for slippers and thicker beddings into consideration. We always want to make sure our guests are comfortable. Most annoying management company

by Mark 2025-10-03

2/5

We are completing an 8 month trip on which we stayed in 57 properties in 22 countries. BCA is easily the most annoying landlord we had. Seventeen emails and 9 texts...five accusations of noise complaints all false...a ridiculously complicated checkin procedure that didn't work... Never, ever again

TeamBCA Response: Hey Kamesha! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're so glad to hear that you had a safe and comfortable stay with us. We can't wait to welcome you back the next time you're in Atlanta. See you soon!

Quiet and cozy

by Teresa 2025-01-31

It was the perfect spot for me. Quiet, comfortable, in a beautiful area and the price was in my budget! ❤️

Team BCA response: Hello Teresa, Thank you for the awesome review! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay. We would love to have you back anytime you're in the Atlanta area.

Amazing

by Eunchul 2025-01-10

The location was so good and nice apartment! The broken curtain on the top of the door which I couldn't block the light was the only problem.

Team BCA Response: Thanks for the review. We are so glad you enjoyed the location and the apartment. Thank you for mentioning the blinds above the door, we will make sure to get that fixed ASAP.

Weekend Getaway with my Fur Babies

July trip

by Ryan 2024-07-12

Another great stay at BCA! Clean and comfortable. A convenient walk to my workplace on Peachtree Road.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for choosing BCA Furnished Apartments to be your housing solution again. 😊 We enjoy hosting you and thrilled to hear you had another great experience. We can’t wait to have you back in the future.

Another Great Stay

by Ryan 2024-06-21

I have been staying at BCA Apartments on 25th periodically since fall of 2021, when I am in town for work. Really love the refinished bathroom and the lighting. Apartment was very clean and kitchen has many essential cooking items. Overall a nice home away from home!

Team BCA Response: Thank you for the awesome review. We appreciate your loyalty to BCA Furnished Apartments and look forward to working with you and Biocircuit Technologies. I always love hearing from you, especially when you’re staying with us. You give us great feedback on how we can improve our facilities, and I am glad to hear you enjoyed the refinished bathroom and lighting. We can’t wait to have you back as our guest next time you’re in Atlanta.

Comfortable, convenient, and great location

by Ricardo 2024-05-15

I loved my stay at Studios on 25th. The studio was comfortable and clean with everything I needed. I appreciated weekly housekeeping and the free parking. The location is great with close by restaurants, shops, and gyms. The hosts are easy to reach if needed and very communicative.

Team BCA Response: Thank you so much for the amazing review. We are thrilled to hear that you had a comfortable and clean stay with us. We also love that our location and amenities were convenient for you.

Great alternative to regular hotels

by Eric 2024-05-08

What an awesome alternative to regular hotels. I've been spending more time in Atlanta for business and staying in a normal hotel does not afford you the services you get at BCA. I like that I can cook meals (although not a chef) versus getting takeout or going out every meal. That does not work for me after a long day in the field. The Studio I had was perfect for me. It was comfortable and we'll appointed. I've already booked my next stay. These BCA apartments are a hidden gem for travelers.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for your kind words about BCA Furnished Apartments. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay in our cozy studio apartment. We look forward to seeing you for your next visit.

by Tammy 2024-04-24

I would recommend BCA to everyone. Michael Mize along with all staff are extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. The apartments are very clean and modern. Michael went above and beyond and I would only want to stay at BCA should I ever be back in Atlanta. Truly Exceptional.

Team BCA Response: Thank you so much for this great review! I am honored to have met you and your family during your time here in Atlanta. We are pleased to see that the apartment provided everything we strive for, and I was able to make a difference with your stay. If there is anything I can do to help you in the future, please let me know and I will do my best to get you the resources to make the next chapters in your life successful.

Perfect self sufficient accommodation

by Ragevan 2024-02-28

An ideal studio apartment. All the extras I’d need plus some extra bits. It was clean, and comfortable (esp the bed). It’s in a great quiet residential type location with some food places and groceries further down the main road. I really enjoyed staying here and making it home for a week. Great management as well, they sorted out any minor problems quickly and easily. I’ll be going back here absolutely!

Team BCA Response: Thank you for your review! We're thrilled to hear that our studio apartment suited you so well and had all the extras you needed. It's great to know that you enjoyed the peaceful residential vibe of the location, with all the food spots and groceries nearby! We're glad you reached out to our management team, and we were able to sort out everything for you. We love to help make our guests feel at home.

A good place to stay centrally located in Atlanta

by Jonathan 2024-02-21

Super convenient location, well stocked kitchen for making easy meals.

Team BCA Response: Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're so glad you enjoyed our location and well-stocked kitchen. We would love to have you stay with us again next time you're in Atlanta.

Great location nice and quiet

by Robert 2024-01-31

Loved BCA I had to catch a train early in the morning and being very close to the Amtrak Station was able to conveniently get there.

Team BCA Response: Thank you so much for your kind review. We're happy to hear that you had a great stay at BCA and that our convenient location by the Amtrak Station was a plus for you. We'd love to have you back again if you're ever in Atlanta.

Clean, safe, well stocked and comfortable bed

by Edwin 2023-12-06

And the price was right. What more can you ask for? Oh, and service/communication great also.

Team BCA Response: Thank you so much for the kind words! We are so glad that you thought the price was just right and our service/communication was great. This really means a lot to us here at BCA Furnished Apartments. We hope you had an unforgettable experience in Atlanta, and we would love to see you again next time you are in town.

Great place

by Barbara 2023-11-09

Very clean. Great place to stay while in Atlanta.
Team BCA response: Thanks for the kind words, Barbara! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay. We put a lot of effort into making sure our guests feel comfortable and at home. We hope you found our location to be convenient, too! We'd love to have you back when you're next in Atlanta.

Great place and location

by Deyana 2023-11-01

Perfect place to stay when you’re in ATL. Nice clean apartment that is peaceful and quiet I definitely will be returning in the future.
Team BCA response: Thanks so much, Deyana! We're so glad you had a peaceful and quiet stay in our apartment. We hope to see you again!

Quite perfect place

by Regis 2023-10-11

- refrigerator too noisy and too close to the bed - bath tube damages / too old

Team BCA Response: We're glad to hear you had a great time in Atlanta! If you're planning your next visit and seeking a cozier, updated experience, we'd recommend the Spectrum. It's an ideal spot for tourists, with its convenient access to the city. Here are the property details to consider for your next booking: https://www.bca-furnished-apartments.com/spectacular-suites-luxury-1br-1ba-apartments/?sort_by=price_low&amenities_filter=618017 Take care and happy travels

Great Place to Stay

by Pam 2023-08-30

I found the apartment to have everything I needed for my short stay and all in great working order. It was a pleasure to come home to and very pleasant on all accounts. It was also walking distance to some good restaurants. I would stay there again!

Team BCA review: Thank you for your kind words, Pam! We are delighted to hear that you found our apartment to have everything you needed. It sounds like you had a great time during your stay. We appreciate your review and hope to welcome you back again soon!

Very satisfied

by Sonya 2023-07-14

The service representatives were very supportive, courteous, helpful. The Place was very clean that really made me happy and that it is a non smoking facility 😃😃I slept comfortably. It it close to shopping and eatery spots… in a very beautiful location. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet 😍😍🌟5 star quality inn. The price was affordable and valued.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for your kind words, Sonya! We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and found our service representatives to be supportive, courteous, and helpful. We are also glad to hear that you found our facilities to be very clean and that you had a comfortable sleep. We are honored that you gave us a five-star rating and appreciate that you found our prices to be affordable and valued.

Noise

by Jeffrey 2023-05-03

3/5

The studio itself is great! However, I was in an apartment that was facing the street and I could hear cars revving throughout the night. Also, there was a train that would pass by and sound its horn. I was not expecting so much noise.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay was impacted by the noise from the street and passing train. We understand how disruptive external noise can be, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We do offer a variety of units in different locations within the building, and we regret that we did not have the opportunity to offer you a quieter apartment. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we work to improve our guest experience.

Perfect Location & Good Space

by Maurice 2023-04-10

We had a blast and the location was perfect for where we were visiting. The space was perfect and had no issues. I will definitely be looking at other spaces you may have in other cities.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for the kind words. We thoroughly enjoyed hosting you here in Atlanta, GA. We are pleased to see that we could provide you with a space that was perfect. We would love to host you in the future. As much as we would love to expand in the United States, we are only located in Atlanta, GA. If the opportunity arises with an expansion, we will most definitely keep you in mind.

by Goldie 2023-03-15

Very nice, affordable place to rent!! Really enjoyed my stay!!!

Team BCA Response: Thank you for your kind words. We are glad to see we could provide you with a safe, clean, and comfortable spot to call home while you were traveling to Atlanta. We are looking forward to hosting you in the future.

Good value, thin walls

by Ivy 2022-11-23

Nice place to stay. Clean, safe and comfortable. Only concern was that the walls were quite thin and I could hear neighbors arguing on the last night of my stay. It should be noted that BCA was professional and communicative in their response to this issue. I would stay at BCA again despite the thin walls because of the good value and convenient location.

TeamBCA Response: Ivy, Thank you for choosing to stay with us for this visit. A majority of our guests are here for work, and we do our best to ensure a quiet and safe environment. We appreciate you bringing the disruptive neighbor to our attention so that we could resolve it in a timely manner.

The smell of the bathroom was horrid. Ruined the whole room. The room itself gave no indication that it had been sterilized/cleaned per Covid-19 guidelines. The guests are expected to partially clean the rooms, which makes me question how thoroughly these rooms are professionally cleaned by the staff.

TeamBCA Response: Thank you for submitting your review. We would have loved the opportunity to resolve any of your concerns while you were still with us. We ask that guests complete the checkout checklist before their departure to make sure no items are accidentally left behind and that the condition of the apartment is in a reasonable state. On your next visit, feel free to notify us if you find the apartment is not up to company standards and we will make things right.

Atlanta Weekend Stay

by Mikaela 2021-10-06

The apartment was nice and easy to access. It had everything we needed. The online check-in was a little difficult and included some things we did not know before this check-in but it was resolved with BCA quickly.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for staying with BCA! We are glad that we were able to resolve the check in process for you and we are glad to hear you had a nice time with us.

Sweet Ground Level Apartment

by Paige 2021-08-24

Very cute unit. Loved that it had a curtain in addition to the blinds to help darken the room for sleep, which 18 did not have, but suggest either repairing the above the door transom blind so that it can close, or better yet, have a little curtain up there with a reachable wand to close. Loved the warm bathroom floor (you should sell it as your unit with heated floors!). Preferred the kitchen in 18 with the sink on the left for us lefties. Suggest leaving instructions for what to do with the TV when there is a power surge that knocks out the cable as this had happened in 18 during the Olympics and I didn't want to bother anyone at night. Thank you, Michael for telling me what to do next time! :) I worried about noise above when I knew I would be staying on the ground floor, but it was surprisingly quiet! Yes, I heard the lady upstairs come home with her heels clicking above, then drop to the floor, but never heard another sound! Otherwise, the usual predictable wonderful stay. Still my Atlanta pied-a-terre!

Team BCA Response: We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. We greatly appreciated your feedback about your stayed and that you were able to compare the Cool Classic Studio against our Chic Premium. Particularly I liked your suggestion to add information about restarting the internet modem to our property guide. Just this morning I added it so that future guests will be able to access it. Thank you so much for the suggestion. We hope you had a safe journey to your next destination and we hope to see you again soon!

Team BCA Response: Thank you for choosing BCA again. We love to see our guests come back and visit us. We hope that the rest of your trip went smoothly and that you arrived safely at your final destination.

Coziest Stay to welcome me in Atlanta!

by Adista Asandia 2021-01-12

After a 28 hour flight, checking into BCA was a breeze. Room was very tidy and clean, very cozy and felt safe in the area. Contacted BCA for a few things and they replied back to me very quickly. Highly recommended!

Team BCA Response: With our online check-in, your room is always ready as soon as you arrive! Thank you for choosing BCA. We hope the rest of your trip was as good!

My stay at BCA

by George 2020-09-15

The hosts were very professional and accommodating. The location was excellent. The place was very clean. A lot of attention to detail was given. I would recommend BCA Apartments to anyone and look forward to staying there again!

Team BCA Response: Thank you for staying with us! We are so proud that you noted our professionalism, attention to detail, and cleanliness. Hope to see you back in Atlanta soon.

by SowNFaith (Booking.com) 2017-10-02

The room was quite comfortable and cozy! I loved the modern feel, the artwork, and the location. It was very close to a gas station, the mall, Starbucks, and restaurants; yet, it was far enough away from the main highway for the noise level to be very quiet. I slept great each night there, and I rarely get that kind of sleep in a hotel. I loved that toiletries were provided and the kitchen area was stocked with pots, pans, utensils, real dishes, glasses, and mugs, as well as cleaning supplies, so it was really like a home away from home.

by Kelsey (Airbnb) 2019-04-13

The place was very clean and the check in process was quick and easy. The location was close to Midtown and several areas we wanted to visit.

by Aaron (Airbnb) 2019-04-21

We did not meet anyone in person but check-in information and other instructions were absolutely sufficient. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet even though restaurants and shopping possibilities are not far away. I would recommend this place to everyone!

by Daniel (Airbnb) 2019-04-30

I would go back here. The location is a really impressive tree lined street with single expensive family homes. I felt safe and it was really quiet and yet at the end of the street was Peachtree St which got me anywhere in 5 to 10 minutes ! The space is well appointed and real comfortable. The bed was a queen and lots of pillows and firm mattress. The shower is this original Art Deco tile with separate hot and cold faucets and it was great pressure and super hot water !!!!! I did have a problem checking in because I never got the code for the door. I got the confirmation acceptance letter but as I drove from Asheville to Atlanta no update. I sent a couple of emails and finally I called and it did eventually go thru so no real delay getting into my studio. The other glitch is WiFi and they came over within a couple of hours and reset it and it worked great. I could easily stay there for a long period of time.
