It’s Time to Check In

At BCA Furnished Apartments, we make check-in simple and convenient. All guests must check in using our online Guest Check-in & Lodging Agreement prior to arrival as we do NOT have a Front Desk. To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps and be prepared with the necessary information.

The check-in process takes about 5 minutes. Be sure to have your BCA Confirmation Number ready. You can find it in the top right corner of any email from us. If you booked through a third-party site (like Expedia or Airbnb), please use your BCA Confirmation Number only.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  1. Government-Issued Photo ID
    • Driver’s license, passport, or similar
    • Ensure the photo is clear and easy to read.
  2. A Camera-equipped Device
    • You’ll be asked to take a live selfie to verify that the ID belongs to you.
    • A tablet or smartphone works best.
  3. Valid Credit/Debit Card
    • A $1 authorization will be placed for incidentals and damages (no money is held or collected).

HELPFUL TIPS FOR A SMOOTH CHECK-IN:

  1. Photo Quality Matters
    • Take a clear, close-up photo of your ID before you start the form. Ensure there are no shadows or glare, and the details are easy to read.
  2. Device Requirements
    • A camera-equipped device is required to complete the check-in.
    • Smartphones or tablets work best, using their default browser (Safari for Apple, Chrome for Android).
    • If using a laptop or PC with a camera, any browser will work if you enable the camera for the browser.
  3. Name Matching
    • The name on the ID and the credit/debit card must match the name on the reservation.
    • If someone else is providing their credit/debit card, they will need to fill out a separate Guest Check-In & Lodging Agreement.
  4. Credit/Debit Card Authorization
    • The $1 authorization is not a fee and no money is held.
    • If the mailing address on your ID differs from the billing address on the credit card, further verification may be required.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once you’ve submitted the Guest Check-in & Lodging Agreement, our team of Property Managers will begin processing your form. This is a manual review, so if your form is submitted after 5:00 PM, it will be processed the following morning after 9:30 AM.

Once your form has been processed and completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
