Excellent

The hand soap in my bathroom, it’s hard to use( to get the soap out)

Team BCA Response: Thanks for your review! We're disappointed to hear about the hand soap. We’ll look into different dispenser options. We enjoyed having you stay with us.

Pleasant stay

by Joanna 2026-09-23

We really liked that the kitchen was well equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare breakfast. For a longer stay, it would be useful to have an extra bath mat. It would be nice to have a slightly softer, more comfortable mattress and pillows of a little better quality.
Team BCA response: Hey Joanna, thanks for the feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen for breakfast. Hope we can host you again on your next trip in Atlanta.

WC Stay

4/5

Our stay was for 2 nights. Studio was clean & well maintained. Not a fan of the bed frame springs squeaking every time it moved. Communication regarding late check out could have been better. My first attempt at inquiring for late check out was approved for 1pm then later denied 2 days later because of an error on their part (the day before we arrived). They were nice enough to let us stay until noon for no extra charge but didn’t notify housekeeping. Who ended up knocking on the door at 9:45am trying to clean the studio. The complimentary wine bottle that we were told about was no where to be found. Luckily there’s a cvs not too far… Besides the little hiccups we’d definitely book again…

TeamBCA Response - Hey Ruben, thanks for staying with us! Sorry about those squeaky bed springs and the confusion with late check out. Come back to ATL soon, we'd love to host you again!

Had a wonderful stay for a week at BCA on 25th. So convenient to everything arts and culture related in midtown Atlanta. I would stay here again, even if I wasn’t here for work!

TeamBCA Response: Hi John! Thanks for the awesome review. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay at BCA and that our location was convenient for your arts and culture needs. Can't wait to have you back, even if you're not here for work! See you soon!

by Yibing 2025-06-11

The room is very clean. The check-in and check-out instructions are clear too. Love the convenient parking spot. Will stay here again if I ever go back to Atlanta.

Team BCA Response: Hey Yibing, thanks for taking the time to leave a review! I'm glad you found the room clean and the check-in/check-out process easy to follow. And I totally agree, the parking spot is a huge bonus. We would love to have you back anytime you're in Atlanta. See you soon!

Clean;quite stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! This studio is in a quite residential area, so there wasn't any obnoxious sounds from the streets. The unit we stayed in was clean.

Home away from home!

by Myshelle 2022-12-14

The most important thing you should know is… I felt safe!! First time traveling alone to ATL and I made sure I did a lot of research prior to booking here! I do not regret it one bit! The studio was spacious and comfortable! The hosts were very responsive from the moment I booked until check out. I work remote and was here for a last min work event. I did work remote while staying here and it was quiet, WiFi worked amazing… everything exceeded my expectations! I will definitely book again!

Team BCA Response: Thank you so much for the kind words. We enjoyed hosting you here in Atlanta. I am glad you felt safe and comfortable during your stay. We are glad you were able to continue to work from home at our property. We love having corporate employees stay with us.

by Sid 2022-06-29

Great location, comfortable apartments, and excellent value. Whenever we work in this part of Metro Atlanta, we stay with BCA. They are very responsive and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.

Great location!

by Eddie 2022-03-23

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay in Studio 6. Perfect location to enjoy all the LGBT activities. Everything was within 2-3 miles. Great host too! Very welcoming! We’ll definitely stay here again!

Team BCA Response: Midtown is the place for some of the best nightlife and activities in Atlanta. We are so happy to be close to all the best spots Atlanta has to offer. Thank you for choosing BCA Furnished Apartments and we look forward to hosting you again!

Another Great Stay

by Gregory 2022-03-23

This is my second time staying here, and it has been the perfect choice for me both times. My first choice when visiting family in Atlanta.

Clean, Easy and Local

by Jack 2021-10-26

Nice rooms with lots of amenities for lengthy stays. Perfect location for midtown, and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Clean rooms and well appointed. A real gem!

Team BCA Response: Thank you for your review! We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with BCA and took advantage of our central location in Midtown.

Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient!

by Beth 2021-09-29

Cleanliness is important to us (especially now during Covid!), and this place did NOT disappoint. We love being in close proximity to the city, Piedmont Hospital, as well as the parks to walk and run in, and enjoy nature and some peaceful escapes. A one bedroom studio is small, but has everything we need and feels so much "homeier" than a hotel room! A great option for an extended stay.

Team BCA Response: Thank you so much for your feedback. I shared this with the rest of the team and we were all so delighted to hear about your stay! We were glad to see that you got the full BCA experience and enjoyed your stay. Safe travels and we hope to see you again soon.

BCA Accommodations

by Erica 2021-09-21

Excellent accommodations

Team BCA Response: We hope that you enjoyed Music Midtown! Thank you for choosing BCA for your accommodations for your weekend getaway.

Amazing rental!

by Fiona 2021-01-19

This is the second time that I have stayed with them when I visit Atlanta (and where I will continue to come when I come back!). Micheal and Alex are great to work with! The contactless check in is great! It’s quiet and cozy! Definitely recommend staying here!

Team BCA Response: We always appreciate such praise from our repeat guests. Michael and Alex thank you for your kind words and we hope to see you again soon.

Great stay as usual

by Jack 2020-12-04

Fabulous room for the price. Wonderful location in town and close to public transportation, restaurants, etc. with easy access to downtown for events, work or universities. Kitchen also a big plus for extended stays.

Team BCA Response: Value is what we are about! Thank you for choosing BCA and we hope to see you next time you visit Atlanta.

Outstanding

by Cecil 2020-05-06

Comments and suggestions, the decor was very nice, however, need to elevate the shelving with the nice pottery pieces need to elevate that shelving up near the ceiling line so guests don't accidentally bump their heads.

Team BCA Response:
Thank you for your stay and your feedback. We want each of our units to feels as homey as possible. Our studios are intentionally clutter free and spacious. We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Very good

by Edward 2020-04-15

A good place to stay

Team BCA Response:
We think so too! Thank you for your stay and we hope to see you again soon.

Thank you for an awesome stay!

Clean, quiet with parking

by Jim (HomeAway) 2017-02-06

We needed a place to stay for a couple days during our short stay in Atlanta. We discovered while searching through hotels that parking is a big issue and can add significantly to the cost of your stay. This place was close to the Aquarium, yet in a residential area and had off street, lighted parking. It was small but did have a kitchenette area and was very clean. It may be a little cramped if you were there for an extended stay. At first, there seemed to be a lot of rules but I'm guessing they are all due to issues in the past. All in all, I would recommend it. Be aware that to get into the unit we were in, you had to climb several outside stairs, something that could be an issue for other travelers. Ask, as there are two buildings. My only negative is that was no 'welcome packet' with recommendations for local restaurants, activities, etc. We've come to depend on them when traveling in new cities.

by Ryan (Hotels.com) 2019-07-10

Being from ATL. Totally floored by the property. 2 Personal phone calls prior to my arrival with instructions. The location was perfect, centrally located, but yet away from the hustle. Renovated older property, yet charming feel about it, and space is used well. Very clean. And very affordable for what it is and where is located. Very pleased. Well done, guys.

by Celeste (Expedia) 2018-04-24

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, which was very clean and comfortable, and located in a decent area, with lots of places to eat up the road, a bus route very close by and also [Arts Center] MARTA subway station not too far away. Would definitely consider staying here again.

by Anonymous (Expedia) 2018-07-16

The apartment is located near Midtown and also the Beltline trail. It was easy to self check-in and check-out. The apartment is very clean and everything we needed was available. I would definitely stay again.
