Not bad, not great

by Amanda 2026-03-25

5/5

Praises: Weekly cleaning service and great amenities, such as a fridge, stove and oven, appliances, cutlery, and salt and pepper. Comments: The walls are entirely too thin. The power went out multiple times in one night, the a/c is incredibly loud, there was an accidental a/c explosion that I wasn’t aware of for hours after it happened, water was cut off with very minimal notice, the washing and drying only uses quarters. Suggestions: While the cleaning service is lovely, the window being so large 9-4 leaves you having to be up by 9, which is early when I work until midnight, and then there is no specific time that they come, so you tiptoe and wait around. If there was a smaller window of time. Like 9-12 or 12-4 or we could select our cleaning times, that would be best.

TeamBCA Response: Thank you so much for your detailed and honest feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cleaning service and the in-room amenities.
We sincerely apologize for the disruption caused by the A/C incident. At the time, we were managing multiple emergencies simultaneously, including a fire, and ensuring the immediate safety of guests in the building. While those situations had to take priority, we did notify you as soon as we were able, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Regarding housekeeping, we understand how a larger service window can be inconvenient, especially with late work hours. While our standard window is broad, we’re always happy to work with guests to arrange a smaller time frame upon request.
As for the laundry facilities, coin-operated machines are standard in many hotels, but we appreciate you sharing your perspective as we continue looking for ways to enhance guest convenience.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback is very important to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even smoother stay in the future.

Los ambientes son comodos y bien equipados con lo necesario para una estadia agradable, respondieron todas mis dudas y solicitudes rapidamente....totalmente recomendable Sugeriria actualizar el metodo de pago de la lavanderia a algo mas accesible que las monedas

A solid 4

by Rahmundo 2024-08-19

A solid 4. I didn't use the pre-populated 4 response, because I did not use contact BCA re: any issues, but my experience also wasn't a 5. I've noted what I liked in my review title. Recommended improvements: At this price point, and location in the city, better furnishings (rather than 100% IKEA bargain pieces) are expected. This feels like a freshman dorm. I selected lodging with a kitchen because I intended to cook, which I did. The stove should have venting above. And if the window opens, there ought be a screen. I didn't try to open it because of the lack of screening. The shower hardware needs updating; the knobs to open and adjust water flow are stripped, making shut off tedious.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We value all your insights and take everything you mentioned into consideration. I would like to share with you our other properties here in Midtown Atlanta that could be a good upgrade for your next visit. Brookwood Courtyard Condo and Spectacular Furnished Apartments. I appreciate you letting me know about the maintenance repairs we could make to the shower knob. I will be sure to look into this. If you need anything in the future, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Cool space and location

by Scott 2023-05-31

Very much enjoyed my stay. The unit is nicely setup, clean, and functional. Nicely surprised by how convenient the location is to get around the city.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for your kind words. We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay and that you were pleasantly surprised by the location. We strive to provide a comfortable and convenient stay for all of our guests! We understand that visiting family can be a difficult task, and we are so happy that we could provide a comfortable and restful stay for you during your visit. Thank you for letting us know about your stay, and we hope to welcome you again soon!

4.9 Stars!

by Javier 2023-04-26

Overall, great stay. Prime location with proximity to downtown and in a safe neighborhood, great price for all the functional space (living room, kitchen), very comfortable bed and 99% clean. Only one thing I personally did not like. (1) The bathroom is very dated; shower knobs kept falling off the handle, rust on fixtures and slight mold in the tile grout of the shower.

Team BCA Response: Hello Javier, I hope this email finds you well. I would like to extend our sincerest gratitude for taking the time to complete our survey. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we appreciate the effort you took to share your experience with us. We are delighted to hear that your stay with us was pleasant and comfortable. It brings us great joy to know that we were able to provide you with a great overall experience. Furthermore, I would like to thank you for bringing to our attention the outdated bathroom. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Due to the current inflationary pressures on the economy, we have had to postpone certain upgrades to our building. However, we are currently working on remodeling our facilities, and we hope to provide you with a more updated unit on your next visit. Once again, we appreciate your valuable feedback, and we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again soon. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything we can do to make your next stay more comfortable.

BCA WEEKEND STAY

by Valerie 2022-12-21

Please make sure that all sites list your services accurately.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for the feedback – We would love to get some more details regarding your reservation. From our end, it shows us you booked a “Cool Classic Studio” only listing 1 person (you) in the unit. I believe when you arrived you mentioned you had to relocate due to the unit not being listed correctly on the website. I do see the confusion with the collage of photos, but I do also see the drop link to have guest select the correct unit for details provided. Please correct me if I am seeing something different from your end. If you would gladly send me the confirmation email to best solve this issue, that would be great. Once again, I do apologize we could not meet the expectations you were expecting. We strive for excellence here and want to make sure we are doing everything in our power to make our guest comfortable and easy to accommodate. Please let me know how we can accommodate you next stay here in Atlanta. Happy Holidays!

Great home away from home

by Ryan 2022-11-08

Nice to have kitchen and home-style feel.

TeamBCA Response: We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the home away from home feel we try to offer. Those who must travel often can get tired of having microwave meals or having to eat out every day so being able to make cooking your own meals at home a huge plus. We hope to see you the next time work send you to Atlanta.

A dream!

by Marcella 2022-06-16

Clean place, spacious, fast wifi! Each room having its own wifi really makes it!

Team BCA Response: Thank you for your 5-star review! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us.

Best place to stay in midtown Atlanta

by Mellodie 2022-02-08

I’ve stayed at BCA Studios on 25th several times while my brother was hospitalized at Piedmont. The location can’t be beat. More importantly, I know that my studio will be spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable. So happy I found BCA, my Atlanta home!

Team BCA Response: Thank you for choosing BCA Furnished Apartments while you are visiting your brother at Piedmont Hospital. Your vote of confidence and recommendation means so much to us.

BCA Review

by Mary 2021-11-03

Loved my stay here!! The perfect place for me and dog. I will stay here again!!!

Team BCA Response: Thank you for choosing BCA during your stay in Atlanta. We were so happy to host you and your pup for your stay here.

Super convenient and easy for extended, short-term rental

by Julia 2021-02-07

I stayed at BCA just to get away from my family for a bit (shhh ... don’t tell them) and it was wonderful. The location was convenient to EVERYTHING (Whole Foods, post office, UPs, mall etc). So, I was able to be in town and get my usual stuff done without being home and getting disrupted by my usual distractions. I appreciated that they had a cleaning service during my stay. So happy that parking was included. The hosts were also very responsive. Really great value for the cost.

Team BCA Response: Your review made the whole team smile! Thank you so much for your kind words. We do try very hard to make each stay as perfect as possible. We hope you are settling in well here in Atlanta.

Yes to BCA!

by Stella 2021-01-21

I was looking for a clean, safe and central location to stay for 5 weeks in Atlanta and I found it with this listing! Alex, Michael & David were responsive to all my questions and communications. I even had a repair that was needed in the bathroom and it was taken care of within 24 hours. The laundry room is clean and clutch for anyone staying in town for an extended time. I never had trouble finding a spot in the two parking lots on the premises. Housekeeping came through every Wednesday and garbage was easy to access on the side of the top lot. Plus their list of amenities was amazing. Tuk Tuk Thai Loft a block away was delicious and I definitely ordered take-out from them a few times. There were several grocery stores close by as well as gas stations. And once I was done working and had some time in the city I realized the how close the High Museum, MOCA and other notable sites were. These were only 5 minutes away! I cannot recommend this listing enough! Cheers!

Team BCA Response: What an amazing guest you are! Thank you so much for choosing BCA and we are so happy to hear how much you enjoyed your stay with us. Traveling is stressful, but it's great to know accommodations can be simple! We hope that we get to see you again!

A Great, Safe Quarantine Break

by Jean-Luc 2020-05-20

I really needed to have a break from my own home during quarantine and put a lot of research into finding a safe place. I was thoroughly impressed by the policies put in place by BCA to ensure their guests and workers safety during stays. The studio was wonderful and quiet. I highly recommend a stay here!

Team BCA Response:
Thank you so much for staying with us. We are so glad to hear you were able get a break from your home and stay in ours. We are certainly doing all we can to ensure cleanliness during this time, thank you for your vote of confidence. It was a pleasure to have you stay and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Love Attention to Detail

by Michael 2020-04-15

My wife and I could tell how much thought went into the studio we stayed at. It was very clean. The sheets had a very fresh smell and feel to them. The studio was well stocked with everything you would need from home. Really loved the safe location and that restaurants were closeby. We highly recommend staying with BCA.

Team BCA Response:
Thank you for choosing BCA for your travel to Atlanta. We are proud to be a perfect alternative to a hotel. We many of the same amenities such as a weekly cleaning service but provide a cozy home feel. Our whole management team takes a lot of pride in making sure each apartment feels like home.

Exactly as pictured

by Jillian 2020-04-15

Bed was comfortable, shower was clean. It was close to some restaurants etc

Team BCA Response:
Jillian, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and bed! We will pass along your compliments to the Housekeeping team. They work very hard to make each unit feel like home.

Affordable and Cozy

by Craig 2020-04-15

The place was great to stay. I only was there 2 days but could easily have spend months there. Definitely made me feel like a local while I spend my time there.

Team BCA Response:
Craig, sometimes our guest do! Each unit is designed to be your home away from home with all the amenities you need. We are capable of accommodating guests for months at a time. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you soon.

Great Spot!

by Lisa D (HomeAway) 2019-11-17

Excellent accommodations and great, easy location.

Clean, quiet with parking

by Jim (HomeAway) 2017-02-06

We needed a place to stay for a couple days during our short stay in Atlanta. We discovered while searching through hotels that parking is a big issue and can add significantly to the cost of your stay. This place was close to the Aquarium, yet in a residential area and had off street, lighted parking. It was small but did have a kitchenette area and was very clean. It may be a little cramped if you were there for an extended stay. At first, there seemed to be a lot of rules but I'm guessing they are all due to issues in the past. All in all, I would recommend it. Be aware that to get into the unit we were in, you had to climb several outside stairs, something that could be an issue for other travelers. Ask, as there are two buildings. My only negative is that was no 'welcome packet' with recommendations for local restaurants, activities, etc. We've come to depend on them when traveling in new cities.

by SowNFaith (Booking.com) 2017-10-02

The room was quite comfortable and cozy! I loved the modern feel, the artwork, and the location. It was very close to a gas station, the mall, Starbucks, and restaurants; yet, it was far enough away from the main highway for the noise level to be very quiet. I slept great each night there, and I rarely get that kind of sleep in a hotel. I loved that toiletries were provided and the kitchen area was stocked with pots, pans, utensils, real dishes, glasses, and mugs, as well as cleaning supplies, so it was really like a home away from home.

by Daniel (Airbnb) 2019-04-30

I would go back here. The location is a really impressive tree lined street with single expensive family homes. I felt safe and it was really quiet and yet at the end of the street was Peachtree St which got me anywhere in 5 to 10 minutes ! The space is well appointed and real comfortable. The bed was a queen and lots of pillows and firm mattress. The shower is this original Art Deco tile with separate hot and cold faucets and it was great pressure and super hot water !!!!! I did have a problem checking in because I never got the code for the door. I got the confirmation acceptance letter but as I drove from Asheville to Atlanta no update. I sent a couple of emails and finally I called and it did eventually go thru so no real delay getting into my studio. The other glitch is WiFi and they came over within a couple of hours and reset it and it worked great. I could easily stay there for a long period of time.

by Ryan (Hotels.com) 2019-07-10

Being from ATL. Totally floored by the property. 2 Personal phone calls prior to my arrival with instructions. The location was perfect, centrally located, but yet away from the hustle. Renovated older property, yet charming feel about it, and space is used well. Very clean. And very affordable for what it is and where is located. Very pleased. Well done, guys.
