Very pleased

by Chris 2026-10-02

5/5

Had to come to midtown for an appt but didn’t want to deal with atl traffic. I found this online and was a little nervous. Wow I was pleasantly surprised. This is a great find. Very clean and comfortable and easy walk to where I needed to go.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re so glad to hear you discovered our furnished apartments in Midtown Atlanta and found them to be such a great find.

May 2025 stay

by Ryan 2025-05-27

I have regularly stayed off and on at the Studios at 25th since 2022. I love the convenience to my office and the quiet and safe neighborhood surrounding the complex. As always, the place was prepped, clean and ready. I have enjoyed the addition of coffee...thank you! Would highly recommend to others.

Team BCA Response: Hey Ryan! Thanks so much for your kind review. We're thrilled to hear that you have enjoyed your stays at the Studios at 25th and appreciate the convenience and safety of our neighborhood. We're glad you liked the coffee addition too! We look forward to hosting you again next time you're in Atlanta. Have a great day!

Great Value, Central Location

by Melissa 2024-12-13

BCA is clean and affordable. Having a kitchen is a huge bonus on travel to cut down on expenses. Free parking and a quiet location made the BCA top notch.

Team BCA Response: Thanks for leaving us such a sweet review! We're happy to hear that you found our apartment clean and affordable, and that our kitchen helped you save on expenses. Glad you enjoyed our complimentary coffee and tea too.

Quiet and convenient

by Christin 2023-09-13

I stayed over a holiday weekend for a big event in Atlanta— I needed a close but quiet place to retreat to (I’m an introvert who needs to duck away from the crowds!) and they delivered!

Team BCA Response: Thanks for taking the time to review your stay with us, Christin! We're so glad to hear that our quiet location offered the perfect retreat from the crowds and made it easier for you to attend your Dragon Con. We'd love to have you back again soon - please come stay with us the next time you're up this way!

A Pleasant Stay

by Jenny 2023-06-14

Whoever I had a request, issue, or concern; I would call up Michael or David & received a quick response & resolve Thank you!!!😃 My feedback: A luggage rack in the closet would be very nice.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for your wonderful review, Jenny! We're so glad to hear that your stay with us at the apartment was a pleasant one. We appreciate your feedback and would like to take this opportunity to address your points about the luggage rack. Regarding the luggage rack, we have taken your suggestion into consideration and plan to look into adding one for our future guests. We understand how convenient it would be to have one and think it's a great idea! Finally, we are glad to hear that you found the apartment to be clean and that the parking facilities were easy to access. We strive to ensure our guests have the best experience possible and it's great to hear that you had a good one. Thank you again for your review, Jenny. We hope to welcome you back soon! We thoroughly enjoyed hosting you.

Doss' October Stay

by Surgret 2022-11-16

This was my first stay with BCA, but I’ll definitely be staying with the company moving forward. I’ma Marriott Bonvoy member, but I’m going to switch my future accommodations!

TeamBCA Response: Thank you for having provided feedback on your stay and we would be happy to have you come back!

Quiet and comfortable

by Carrie 2022-09-28

Clean, comfortable, and close to Piedmont Hospital

by Bryant 2022-05-25

Stayed at BCA while my husband was in Piedmont Hospital. Very easy drive to the hospital. Staff was easily contacted when I had a question along with quickly bringing me change when I needed it for the washer and dryer on the premises. These apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by a beautiful landscape not to mention the great smelling hair products and body was provided. I enjoyed my stay here and only wished they were not fully booked when I wanted to extend my stay due to my husband’s prolonged time in the hospital.

Team BCA Response: We are sorry we couldn't extend your stay as well. We always do our best to accommodate each request to extend, but sometimes we just fill up. Thank you for your 5-star review. All of our bath products are available for purchase online at www.yourtheorie.com. We love their products and its so nice to hear our guest do too. We are so glad that we could provide you with a comfortable place to rest while your husband recovers. We wish him a speedy recovery.

Good option for travel nurses!

by Brianne 2021-12-23

I stayed with BCA for 3 months for a travel nurse contract and I thought overall it went pretty good. The weekly cleaning services of the apartment was great and always helped me out with my busy schedule. The bed was comfortable and sheets always soft. I would suggest getting a few more supplies in the unit to keep like scissors or even switch to a Keurig for coffee. I also would have appreciate a night stand with drawers rather than a cubicle where my stuff is out and visible. I also think the cost to do laundry there was pretty high at $4 per load. Also would suggest getting better bathroom storage because the shelf in there didn’t hold much and was small to fit an object I wanted to store in there (my own blow drier, curling iron, etc) I would definitely stay at BCA again though because overall it was a good experience. The staff was quick with responses and getting what I needed quickly (quarters for laundry or with questions) Thank you for everything!

Team BCA Response: Thank you so much for all your feedback on your stay with BCA. We are happy that we could be your home away from home while you were working here in Atlanta.

Good value for the price

by Arthur 2021-09-08

One suggestion: be more transparent about how the four-digit apartment access codes are set (are they changed after every visit?), and add a safe to the apartments. Since anyone with the code can access the apartment, I was nervous leaving valuables behind.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for the 5-star review about your stay with us. I would be happy to share some more information with you about our security measures. Each guest is given a unique 4-digit code for their reservation, no two codes are the same and no guests have access to any other apartments other than their own. These 4-digit codes are never reused or shared with anyone but the guest whose name is on the reservation and there is never more than one guest’s code in a door lock at any time. For extra security, we monitor when a door is opened, closed, or left unlocked. I hope this extra information provides you and future guests, more peace of mind.

Best for sleeping

by Paige 2021-09-08

Although the bathroom wasn't quite as updated as in some of the other rooms, the location of this room was the best for sleeping. Not only is the bed on the other side of the room from the window, but there are no bright lights outside these windows, allowing me to sleep in as I love to do! Would love to have a quiet wall clock in there since there is no clock on the stove. As usual, a wonderful stay!

Team BCA Response: As always, we love reading your feedback about your stays, you have such great ideas. We are glad to hear you got a good night’s sleep in Studio 11. For any future visits, you can always ask about the layout of the room to see we options we have available. We cannot always make room adjustments but are happy to help make your stay more comfortable when we can.

Great location, nice sized apartment. Quiet, tucked in from the busy loud streets. I always try to stay here when I'm in town.

Great Place

by Marilyn 2021-08-24

If you have never attempted to locate a short-term place for a visitor you do not know how hard it is. I live in a house in Austell, Georgia and I am not familiar with short-term apartments. I was so happy to locate BCA for a consultant my company had coming in. He was extremely happy with his stay which makes me look great. Thank you so much, Marilyn Knight.

Team BCA Response: Thank you so much for your kind review. It was an absolute pleasure to work with you and Andrew. We thoroughly enjoyed his stay with us, and we hope that you think of us next time you have a consultant come through Atlanta.

by Alesha 2021-05-27

Absolutely Amazing!

by Nithin 2020-09-15

The check in process was quick and simple. The apartment is beautiful and in a very safe area. Close to town and all the sights. 10/10 experience.

Best kept secret!

by Ron 2020-08-08

BCA Apartments was a gem of a find. If you are in the Atlanta area, and planning for a long term stay or short term, you gotta consider BCA. If you stay more than one week, they clean your apartment and give you fresh towels. The Buckhead location is conveniently located near freeway access. The staff is attentive, if you encounter any issues, they are on it! Ours were just a light bulb going out, and the door code not working. We called the customer service number and one of the staff came right away! The value of the stay compared to hotels, BCA wins! The location is quiet. The studio has utensils, pots and pans, a fridge and microwave. TV w/Roku. Small sofa couch and chair. I highly recommend BCA, whether it is 5 out of 5!, 10 out of 10! Rating system, it is 5+ and 10+!

Team BCA Response:
Thanks very much for your review of BCA! I'm glad you felt our service and cleanliness was well done. It's something we've worked hard on and we're pleased our efforts resonated with you. I appreciate your kind words and look forward to seeing you again in the future.

by Janey 2020-04-15

Internet password did not work, but cell service reception was excellent this was not an issue. VERY Pet friendly, even when other guest complained irrationally did not really get too much heat for it, but really the guest was complaining about our intimate conversation. Located in a great area. Very accommodating.

Team BCA Response:
We are very pet friendly! Ginny is our office dog and we love having her work with us. We are happy that you and your travel companion enjoyed your stay with us. Please come back to see us soon.

by Celeste (Expedia) 2018-04-24

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, which was very clean and comfortable, and located in a decent area, with lots of places to eat up the road, a bus route very close by and also [Arts Center] MARTA subway station not too far away. Would definitely consider staying here again.

by Michelle (Expedia) 2018-08-23

Great service, comfortable, Excellent location!! Prompt response for assistance, hassle-free check-in process. Loved it! Will stay again.

by Jeffery (Hotels.com) 2019-04-13

Rebooked this room to stay in town and have access to a kitchen. Turns out it was close my own old neighborhood so it was a great stay for me. Access to good food and shopping including a few old standbys that are still around from the 80’s and 90’s. Felt like my own studio, I loved it. Do take extra towels and essentials if staying more than 2-3 days.

Excelente!

by Jhoane (Hotels.com) 2019-05-21

Excelente lugar, la ubicación es perfecta por que esta en pleno corazón de Atlanta, el apartamento en muy buenas condiciones, lo único es que la cama es queen, si fuera king seria perfecto. Muy limpio todo y volvería sin duda.
