Everything was great except for climbing stairs, both my wife and I are of old age and I totally forgot to make a note for you at the time of me booking.

Poor maintenance and limited response

I was looking forward to staying in a furnished studio apartment with a kitchen so that I could cook a couple of meals a day. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was malfunctioning and froze all of my food. My eggs cracked as they were frozen solid, my milk and cream were frozen, solid, and my fruit and vegetables were all spoiled. I contacted BCA, but the only response I got was that somebody came into the unit (without contacting me first) and unplugged and plugged the fridge back in again, and wasn’t sure how to fix the issue. They never responded to my request for compensation for my frozen food, and never remedied the issue. This was disappointing.

Nice, quiet and convenient location. The mini studio was clean no bugs no nothing it was nice. Only thing if your traveling with a dog or dogs there's really no where to let dogs potty. Where we stayed it was a back area but the grass was so high that my dogs wasn't feeling that but the pet deposit was low it was worth it. I love it! Will be back soon

It is kept up by BCA Furnished Apartments and the Neighbor Homeowners Association. It’s a great place to take pups out for a little walk, just steps away from the property.

The apartment was clean and comfortable as always. I love staying there because not only is the neighborhood a lovely place to walk, near great restaurants and in a safe residential area, but also because it has all you need to feel at home. A precious kitchen with gas stove/oven, new and fresh bathroom with upscale toiletries, bright and light room with a comfortable bed. I love staying here! P.s. Thank you for recovering my daughter’s electric toothbrush for us to return to her!

Stayed for 5 days while my husband was at Piedmont following surgery. It’s only about a 10-15 minute walk. Wonderful experience. Very clean and comfortable. If the need arises I will definitely stay here again.

The studio was perfect for the three-day celebration I attended in the neighborhood. I walked to and from our friends’ house - and still had my own space. Others stayed at hotels and needed cars to get around. There were quite a few steps to the units in back, which might have been worth mentioning in advance to someone like me who was walking not driving. I was fine negotiating the stairs with luggage but others might not have been.

Team BCA Response: Yes, there are about 12 steps from the upper parking lot to the back row of Chic Premium Studios. We do have some other units that do not require stairs and we always try to accommodate that request when asked. We are glad to hear that in spite of the stairs, you found the location very convenient for your stay in Atlanta.

They work hard for each guest and want to ensure your trip is everything you were expecting and more. During your stay, we experienced a tropical storm that burned out several circuits in the building. We were able to replace those circuits and get the lighting back on those stairs. After the storm ended and the lighting was fixed, we cleaned the stairs as well!

Overall I had a very nice stay. Alex is what made me extend. His quick attention to issues and resolving them was appreciated greatly. I highly suggest you get more lighting by steps and handrails. When it rains the mud up top makes steps slippery which could cause you major issues if not taken care of.

They are helpful in responding to any problems. Great to have parking available. But if have problem with stairs, need to request a room that is same level as parking. It is so nice that they have roll of $10 quarters available for laundry.

The Studios on 25th were perfect! They are centrally located which made commuting a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet and high end; we definitely felt safe. Our studio contained everything we needed for our stay from dishes and dish soap to a bottle opener. The property was everything they said it would be and more. Check in and check out was a breeze...much more convenient than a traditional hotel. We cannot wait to come back! We will definitely be making Studios on 25th our place to stay while in Atlanta.

While the check in and check out process can be a bit tedious and cumbersome, this place was well worth it and was great bang for the buck! We loved the location and proximity to great restaurants, bars, and fun things to do in the nearby area. These studios are perfect! They have enough space and comfy to feel like you’re in your own actual apartment. Yet they’re small enough to feel efficient. While the oven is small and adorable the shower is huge! It was far better then what I’d except from any studio apartment. The space was clean and any questions I had were responded to very fast. I already know I have another trip to Atlanta in the next month and you better believe I already booked another stay here!
