Nice pool view

by Stefan 2024-10-23

This apartment offers a calm retreat from the busy streets of Atlanta. The kitchen is well equipped and the balcony is a nice eating area overlooking the pool and recreation area. Within walking distance to Georgia Tech.

Home Away From Home

Visiting Atlanta for a work trip and had a lovely stay at Spectrum on Spring. Comfortable apartment well appointed in a convenient location. Would recommend staying here again.

Really Good Experience

by Taylor 2023-08-17

The apartment was cozy, had a nice view over the pool area and loved having a parking garage (it rained quite a bit while I was there and it felt safe). The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect and close to dining, grocery stores, highway, etc. I was only there for a week but I travel fairly often for work and being on body building prep this was definitely the best choice.

Team BCA response: Thank you for your glowing review! We're thrilled you found our apartment cozy with a lovely pool view, secure parking, and a comfortable bed. Knowing that our location suited your work and bodybuilding needs makes us proud. We'd be delighted to host you again in the future.

BCA ATL

3/5

Beautiful property but the air conditioning never came on. Fortunate on the first night it’s was cooler out but the temperature got to 78 indoors on both Sat and Sun.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for choosing our property and for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad to hear that you found the property beautiful. We're sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with the air conditioning during your stay. When you alerted us about the issue, we began our normal troubleshooting steps and found that the issue was more extensive than we thought originally - it turned out to be a building-wide issue. Unfortunately, the building was not able to resolve the issue during your stay, but it has since been fixed and the AC is up and running again. Next time you are in Atlanta, you can test it out! Thank you for choosing BCA Furnished Apartments and we hope to see you again next time.

2 Week Stay

by Suzanne 2021-10-26

The unit was perfect for my needs. i was in town for 2 weeks and able to work remotely from the apartment. The building was quiet and easy to get to the interstate. Great location only 2 blocks from Whole Foods and near the new Colony Square. I will definitely be back!

Team BCA Response: We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed Colony Square. It is such a fun new addition to Midtown. Thank you for choosing BCA. Next time you are in Atlanta, we hope to see you again.

Clean and new

by Joey 2021-02-18

Apt is great and clean. Building is terrible. Enter through a dunkin dounts drive thru line, then navigate an elevator behind big heavy doors. Once at your floor you have to go to the complete other side of the building. The construction is cheap as you can hear everyone on both sides and above you even though they aren’t being loud.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you did enjoy the apartment itself. These apartments are located in a midrise building in Midtown. You are correct, there is a Dunkin' Donuts at the bottom of the building. Before you are able to move your car into the secured parking garage, guests do have to park in the building's parking lot that does share space with the Dunkin' Donuts. It is a good-sized building, and we could not secure apartments directly next to the main elevator. We opted for interior courtyard-facing units because we feel it provides a better guest experience. There is a second elevator that goes directly to the secured parking garage that is in the same corner of the building as most of our apartments. The comfort of our guests is important to us and we wish you would have reached out during your stay to give us the opportunity to improve your visit.

Weekend Getaway

by Melanie 2020-09-15

The place was very neat and clean. Convenient location. There was no iron in the apartment which was a first. The checkout list is a bit extreme. We had to basically clean up our mess and take our own trash out but it states that the cleaning fee.

Team BCA Response: We’re happy that you enjoyed the apartment and our great location. Irons and ironing boards are included with all our apartments; guests can always reach out if something is missing or broken 24/7. Our checkout procedure is thorough, and it is to help ensure that nothing gets left behind. We know our guests like to make our home feel like theirs, and nothing can damper a trip like an important item left behind. After each visit, our housekeeping staff goes through a detailed checklist to clean our units top to bottom. Thank you for your stay and we hope to have you stay with us again next time you are in Atlanta.

Great couple stay

by Lorenzo 2020-08-08

Awesome Apt unit, was very modern, spacious with all the amenities.

Team BCA Response:
Thanks so much for your kind words and good vibes. We are glad you enjoyed your apartment and all its amenities. We're happy that you're happy, and we're looking forward to your next visit. Hurry back!

Incorrect lockbox number given

by Eric 2020-07-12

On my arrival, the lockbox number given to me was incorrect. Luckily, the combination code was correct. So I had to try several lockboxes until I found the correct one.

Team BCA Response:
We are sorry for the mix up with the lockbox letters. With our contactless check-in, you can arrive at your leisure and get right into your room. We are also available 24/7 to help assist with any questions that arise during your stay. We are glad that we could host you during your stay in Atlanta and look forward to seeing you again.

Stay at Spectrum

by Minhhan 2020-07-12

The stay was good and very accommodated. Instruction for checking in and checking out was very clear and reasonable.

Team BCA Response:
We appreciate your stay with us and we are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. We try to make it as simple as possible. Traveling is already hectic enough.

by Brady (Hotels.com) 2018-08-01

This place is amazing. We rented the 2 bedroom, and it was basically a 2 bedroom furnished apartment. Its away from downtown, which was nice that we could get some rest after a long day at basketball tournament. There are several restaurants in walking distance, but also traffic is not bad in the area, if you want to venture out a little farther. The free parking and easy check-in process makes this place a must stay.

by Carlos (Airbnb) 2019-03-27

Beautiful apartment, easy check in. Central location near everything. Highly recommended.

by Michael (Airbnb) 2019-06-03

Great location and very clean unit. Would stay here again.

Great place with everything you need!

by Heather (HomeAway) 2019-05-28

My husband and I had to stay in ATL for two weeks with our two pups. Our schedule was a bit fluid due to some unique circumstances, and the property managers were super friendly, helpful, and cooperative. Great apartment with all the necessities of home. Very clean and modern. Great location in Midtown Atlanta!

by Reggie (HomeAway) 2019-07-28

Everything was simple and easy once we got there. It was extremely nice, clean and ready for us. The location was convenient for us to get out and see the city.
