Spectacular Apartments by BCA Furnished Apartments

Not your fault

by Gregory 2026-09-04

Great place to stay and easy access to the freeways. Elevator was out of service for two separate days so that was a minor inconvenience going up the stairs

TeamBCA Response - Hey Gregory, thanks for your review! We're glad you enjoyed your stay with us and found our location convenient. We apologize for any inconvenience with the elevator, but we're so glad you were able to make it up the stairs without any trouble. We'd love for you to stay with us again next time you're in Atlanta!

Thanks for the amazing touches like leaving laundry pods and dish soap. It was so nice to really be able to use the apartment without having to do a full trip to target for essentials. Super clean apartment, I was so thankful for that.

Team BCA Response: We're so glad you had a great stay and enjoyed all the little touches we added for your convenience. Our cleaning team works hard to make each apartment the cleanest possible. Thank you for noticing and appreciating their hard work.

A month at Spectrum BCA

We loved the place. We were looking for someplace to stay after arriving to the US from overseas until our proper apartment was ready. We were looking for someplace connected to Marta, a place that accepts pets and a place with gym and a pool. All of this was the apartment at Spectrum. Also it was clean, nicely equipped and the communication with guys from BCA very reliable. We would definitely recommend!

Team BCA Response: Thank you so much for the kind words. We're glad you were able to find a place that was just what you were looking for while transitioning from overseas. Our team at BCA put a lot of work into making sure our Spectacular Suites are clean and well-equipped. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're always looking for ways to improve, we appreciate you suggesting a few items that might help keep the place even cleaner. Please come and stay with us again soon!

The unit was very nice and the building is excellent. Both exceeded expectations. The location is convenient to downtown. My only issue was with the key fobs needed to gain entry to the building and elevators. Mine did not work. They were replaced within 24 hrs of reporting the issue. However, the replacements never worked for the front door. It was a minor inconvenience

Team BCA Response: Thank you for letting us know that after we replaced your building FOB the first time it still was not working. We were able to get it working again. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. We are glad to hear that otherwise you enjoyed your time with us. Safe travels and we hope to see you again soon.

Excellent stay!

Second Stay with BCA

I had a great week long stay at their 1 bedroom Spectacular Suites. I previously stayed at their Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums for 3 weeks. Both locations are immaculate and the check in/out process was a breeze! Walking in, the air and lights were on and welcoming, especially after a long drive. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, linens were comfortable and freshly washed. The bathroom was HUGE and had plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries. I spent plenty of mornings on my balcony looking out at the inner courtyard, and afternoons swimming in the pool. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and dish-ware I could ever need. Internet was speedy and there were multiple TVs in the apartment as well. During my stay, I spoke with both Alex and Michael who were always courteous and available to help with any questions I had.

Team BCA Response: Thank you so much for your kind words, it means a lot to the whole team. We are thrilled to have you as a returning customer! We are so happy to provide service that you appreciate. It is nice to hear that you made use of the pool, high speed internet and beautiful balcony. It is guests like you that make our job a pleasure, we hope to have you stay with us again soon!

This place is amazing. We rented the 2 bedroom, and it was basically a 2 bedroom furnished apartment. Its away from downtown, which was nice that we could get some rest after a long day at basketball tournament. There are several restaurants in walking distance, but also traffic is not bad in the area, if you want to venture out a little farther. The free parking and easy check-in process makes this place a must stay.

Clean, comfortable, and close to downtown. Easy online check in and no check out hassle. When choosing a property personal safety was a high priority for me and this property provided a safe environment. Will stay again in the future

I stayed in this apartment for 6 nights while on a conference. It was a great alternative to a hotel - much more spacious, exceptionally well equipped with kitchen and laundry amenities, although not quite centrally located (however, close enough to a metro station). Overall it was a great value for the money. Especially I would like to mention the exceptional cleanliness of the place including all kitchenware, which I didn't see too often in other airbnb apartments I stayed in. Communication through the app was quick and easy. If I had to find anything negative about the apartment, I would mention the lack of convenient grocery stores within walking distance (the nearest store is 15-20 minutes away). However, this is probably no longer true because a Whole foods store was about to open nearby these days. All-in-all this is a very professionally managed apartment and I would highly recommend it if you are visiting Atlanta.

Great place with everything you need!

My husband and I had to stay in ATL for two weeks with our two pups. Our schedule was a bit fluid due to some unique circumstances, and the property managers were super friendly, helpful, and cooperative. Great apartment with all the necessities of home. Very clean and modern. Great location in Midtown Atlanta!
