Spectacular Apartments by BCA Furnished Apartments

Absolutely the best Airbnb experience I've ever had

by Erin 2026-08-07

5/5

BCA was so responsive to every inquiry we had. The apartment was immaculately cleaned and full of all the accommodations. Instructions were clear and concise. When we had questions or requests, BCA was quick to respond and very accommodating! Truly the most professional and wonderful Airbnb we've ever stated. If we ever come back to Atlanta we will make sure to book with BCA again!

TeamBCA Response: Hey Erin! Thank you so much for your amazing review! We are thrilled to hear that you had such a wonderful stay at our Airbnb. We always strive to provide a clean and accommodating experience for our guests. We would love to have you stay with us again the next time you visit Atlanta! Cheers to making more amazing memories at BCA!

令我非常满意的住处！A place to stay that I was very satisfied with!

by Flora 2026-01-06

5/5

This apartment is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood, close to attractions and restaurants. The rooms are clean and quiet, and fully equipped with amenities, making it suitable for families who want to cook their own meals and do laundry. Free parking is available. Access to the garage and the building's elevator requires a key card, making it very secure. The BCA team is a professional property management company, so the check-in, check-out, and all communication in between were very professional and thoughtful. In short, my family and I had a wonderful time here and felt as comfortable as if we were at home! Thank you very much!

TeamBCA Response: Hey Flora! Thank you for the kind words about our apartment. We're so happy to hear that you and your family had a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us. It was a pleasure to have you as our guest. We hope to see you again next time you're in Atlanta. Safe travels!

We loved the apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and within walking distance of great restaurants/bars.We will definitely try to book it again for future trips to Atlanta.

Excellent apartment with very little service

by Yijin 2025-06-24

Review Comments This apartment is excellent conditon. Clean, new, spacious, good appliances, plenty of parking space and great location. I stayed with my family and 2B/2b style was perfect and very convenient. However, BCA doesn't really provide any service. We needed more towels and requested them but never got them. They said they will bring them but they didn't. I asked twice, gave up and had to do the laundry everyday. There was no laundry detergent even. If I travel solo, I won't stay here. I only recommend if you travel as a group. Weekends can get very noisy due to the party at the pool. And the pool is shallow (3ft) so you can't swim.

TeamBCA Response: Hey Yijin! Thanks for your review and for choosing to stay with us. We're so glad you enjoyed our apartment's clean and spacious condition, as well as its convenient location and good appliances. We are so sorry to hear you never received your extra towels. We'll make sure to address these issues and have more towels, laundry detergent, and other necessities in stock for our guests. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We hope you and your family will come back and stay with us again next time you're in Atlanta! We'll make sure to provide better service for you. See you soon!

Great!

Impressive condo and best ABB thus far. Condo is very clean, spacious and quiet. The gated garage was a plus during cold weather.

Team BCA response: Hello Kelly, Thanks for your awesome review! We're glad you enjoyed your stay in our clean, spacious and quiet apartment. And we are extra excited to know you think we are the best Aribnb you have stayed in so far. Can't wait to have you back for your next business trip to Atlanta!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was amazing and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommended this and would choose this over any area hotel. The directions for check in were clear and easy to follow. The complex was quiet and the grounds were immaculate. The staff were super helpful!

Team BCA Response: Thank you for your wonderful review, Sonyia! We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. It is our goal to provide a comfortable, clean, and quiet atmosphere for our guests, and we are happy that we were able to meet your expectations. We want to thank you for your kind words about our staff and for your recommendation to other travelers. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the directions for check-in and the immaculate grounds. We are continually striving to make our guests' experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible, and we are delighted that you found it easy to locate us and check in. Once again, we thank you for your positive review and for choosing our hotel. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Decent and Secure

The reservation, check in and overall communication process with BCA was excellent. We received one parking pass instead of two but the issue was resolved to our liking. The apartment was clean and well organized but could use some touch ups to the paint in the entry hallway as well as the bedroom closets. Also there were no shelves to put soap/shampoo/body wash inside the shower. You literally have to put them on the floor. I didn't like that. There's no art work at all in the apartment so it's kinda weird to have the nice modern furniture and no paintings anywhere. It was a safe and decent stay for us. Although I'm really picky I would still recommend. I already provided this feedback to BCA and they assured me that my suggestions would be considered.

Team BCA Response: Thank you very much for your thoughtful feedback. We are sorry about the mix up with your keys at check in. Thank you for raising that to our attention and allowing us to resolve that for you. I have taken all your feedback to our team, and we have already started to make some changes. We loved your shower shelf feedback very much and have already started installing them in all our apartments. We hope to have you book again to let us know what you think. We are looking into your other suggestion as well. We always want our apartments to feel fresh and modern for all our guests. We keep them stocked with the essentials and encourage our guests to make themselves at home. We keep the decorations to a minimum to not take up too much space from guests since they book with us for months at a time. And you might be surprised to know that paintings have gone missing from us before.

Words don't do this justice. This apartment is absolutely astonishing, check-in was a BREEZE, and all the amenities make this apartment 5 stars in my book!!

Team BCA Response: Thank you for providing the feedback. We are glad to have hosted you here in Atlanta. We would love to continue to host you in the future.

Great experience!

We were in town for our son’s graduation. Instead of choosing a hotel, we decided to give this nice looking apartment a try. The location is super convenient. Only 5 minutes walk to wholefood, and 10-20 minutes walk to many nice restaurants in midtown Atlanta. Very close to GT and the famous Atlanta Aquarium. The interior is spacious, new, clean and modern looking. Great to relax after a busy day in Atlanta. Wi-Fi is fast. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped for heating up quick food or making simple meals. Instruction for check in and check out is clear. Access to parking garage is so helpful! Overall, very pleased with the apartment and the management team. Great experience. Will definitely recommend it.

Team BCA Response: Thank you so much for your stay and your review. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your experience with us so much. As a hotel alternative, we offer that “at home” feeling even in a brand new city.

I love it

I love the condo and was enough space for me and my two boys! Thanks so much!

Team BCA Response: We love the space too. We hope that you and your boys enjoyed your time with us and we hope to see you again soon.

Amazing Birthday Vacation Week

by Dwayne 2021-03-22

Praise: Everything you need is there. Best features are the gym, included parking, full kitchen with utensils and dishes, smart tv’s, easy thermostat, and the location (being centrally located in midtown and in close proximity to grocery stores and gas stations). Comments: Only negative for my particular unit was the upstairs neighbors. There was very persistent, daily stomping. It was as if they had cinderblocks tied to their ankles...and every step was loud and violent. Some days it was just in the morning. Other days it was consistent for the whole day. Easy to ignore, but still annoying. The only thing preventing my stay from being perfect.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for your high praise. We are so glad that you appreciated all of the upgrades and extra amenities. Hotels in the area can charge $20-$35 a day for parking! With BCA it is always included. We are sorry to hear about your upstairs neighbors. Please always feel comfortable giving us a call so we can address those kinds of issues. We are never more than a phone call away. Edit: Congratulations on winning our monthly drawing for submitting your review!
