Old property with incorrect photos, they completely hid the train track near the apartment which is very annoying throughout they stay

Nice midtown area

Everywhere I planned to go prior to arrival was 10 minutes OR less away. Located across from train station but it was NOT disturbing AT ALL. Quiet and quaint apartments. Unfortunately I came when it snowed and I was a little sad that the walk leading to my door was NOT shoveled and the other 2 walkways were but maybe they were actual tenants and had shovels. I don't know, but that was the only complaint besides the high taxes and fees added to the first low price you see. I would recommend staying at BCA. Oh and the bed was comfy.

We are glad that you were able to make it to the property. It sounds like you arrived at the same time the owner was shoveling the sidewalks around all 3 of our properties. He was able to get all the sidewalks cleared for all our guests.

Aside from the snow, it is good to know that you enjoy the apartment and its location. We think that they are quiet and quaint too. While you are correct, we do show the average nightly rate before taxes and fees, we only have one additional cleaning fee and 8.9% sales tax. Other hotels in the area often charge multiple daily fees and are required to charge sales tax and an additional 16% hotel tax. We always want to put our best foot forward so each guest knows what they are getting before they arrive.

A Comfortable Stay

We arrived pretty late, so it was dark. I would suggest better lighting in the parking area and on the entry gate, it would have helped us locate the entry better. Our condo was neat, clean and comfortable. Coming and going were easy.

The facilities are excellent, very clean, very accesible. The management was very responsive and the service was excellent. The instructions very clear and personalized. In overall I recommended to anyone, and if I have to go back to Atlanta I will look to stay there.

Perfect Location

Close to the city, but just outside of it so you can sleep soundly. Check-in is thorough and quick. You get one assigned parking in their parking lot. The other vehicle has to park on the street, which was very easy to find parking. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Atlanta!

Third Time Staying Here, Will Definitely Be Back

I've been in the process of moving to Atlanta for over a few months now, and through that process, I've had to stay in temporary housing during my trips. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at BCA. Each time I've stayed at one of their locations, it's been impeccably clean and cozy. Each apartment has everything you could need for your stay and I have always felt immediately at home every time. The beds are a dream to sleep on, bathroom amenities are high quality, kitchen was ready to cook in with all utensils, pots, pans, etc. well stocked. The sofa and chairs are soft and comfortable, and there is even a small dining space with four chairs. Once I permanently moved to Atlanta, I was so comfortable at BCA that I extended my stay for the first few weeks of my move-in process as furniture was being delivered to my new apartment. I will never stay in a hotel in Atlanta again, as BCA is my go-to spot for short or long term furnished stays.
