Brookwood Courtyard by BCA Furnished Apartments

Recommended stay!

by Ashlie 2026-09-23

5/5

The apartment is in a great location and everything you would need is easily accessible, including public transportation. BCA was extremely communicative, and very accommodating. I will be booking with them again when I return to ATL!
Team BCA response: Hey Ashlie, thanks for the awesome review and for recommending our property. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and found the location and communication to be top-notch. We hope to host you next time you’re in Atlanta!

SFA

4/5

Optimal position, roomy unit, too close to train station and freeway with noise all night long, balconies and mai. Stairs to be cleaned from trees abscission (slippery) and should be kept in better conditions (water not draining from gutters due to trees abscission filling the drainage system), bathroom basin completely plugged requiring some work to make it drain properly. Electric gate never locked.

TeamBCA Response: Hey Sandro, thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad to hear that you found our location to be optimal and the units roomy. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the noise from the train station and freeway. We'll definitely consider your feedback and work on improving the cleanliness of the stairs and the drainage system. We appreciate your suggestion regarding the electric gate, and we have addressed it as well. Overall, we're happy that you had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We would love to have you stay with us again the next time you're in Atlanta. Take care!

Great Location!

This condo was very clean and had anything you needed while away from home. Off of Peachtree just enough, I never heard any traffic noise. The best thing for my family, the easy drive to Shepherd Center. I would book again if I came back to the area.

Team BCA Response: So glad you enjoyed your stay at our condo and found it clean and well-equipped. And yes, the location is perfect for a peaceful escape from the city noise. We'd love to have you and your family as our guests again if you're ever back in Atlanta.
