The parking pass did not work

I arrived to the property after closing hours of the office. So I followed the instructions that where sent to my email. I parked in the 20 minute free parking space, I got my keys and parking pass from the locker. I immediately put the parking pass in my rear view mirror. I moved my vehicle. Then I went up to my rented apartment. When I got inside I proceeded to follow the instructions left on the island in the kitchen. I put all my vehicles information on the website then submitted my information. After that me and my son headed out to get more belongings out of the car. As we approached the car a guy is booting it. I explained to him that I have a parking pass in the rear view mirror, I also had one in my hand. He goes and check his phone and says my vehicle is not in the system. I told him I just put my information in. And then I told him what's the purpose of a parking pass if I'm still getting booted. He then goes in his phone and says that particular parking pass is not in our system. So I explained I wouldn't have these keys if the establishment didn't provide them. Then he tells me to take it up with the property. I had to pay $75 to get the boot off. I had to wait until Monday to plead my case with the property. They told me I would get a refund. And I have yet to receive it. One of the main reasons I chose this property was bc of free parking. And I still ended paying the price. I very disappointed with that whole experience. Other than that the apartment was nice.

We note in our instructions and on the hanging pass that our parking permits are not valid on the retail parking level. After speaking with the attendant and reviewing the photos you provided us, we could see that you were parked on the retail level which is why you were booted.

It took some time and some convincing, but we were able to secure that refund for you. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you find that there is any way we could be clearer in our parking instructions for future guests, please contact us. Anything we can do to improve we are open to.

We stayed as a family but this would be great for two couples as well. Clean and spacious. Close to MARTA and easy to use. Nice to not need to rent a car when getting around town or to/from the airport.

The apartment management is very professional. The check-in process is clearly laid out. The parking area is private and secure. The apartment was exactly as expected and what we needed. The only unfortunate event was the fire alarm going off for 1 1/2 hours. But the team was communicating throughout as to the progress of what was happening. A friendly community. We left a few days early to beat some winter storms. But would go back and reserve again under different circumstances as we were here for medical reasons.

Overall the place was comfortable. I had an issue the second day (Sunday) with the dishwasher which was not working. I texted the help line but got no response. 24 hours later I called and was told my text was never received but that I would ge help within 24 hours. I leave tomorrow and still no help has come

Not worth the cost

the place would have been fine except for the horrific situation they didn't fix. We had a smoke alarm go off due to dead batteries at 11 PM one night. Called multiple times to get someone to turn it off or tell us where to buy batteries so that we could actually sleep. Didn't get there till 8 the next morning. A night off a future stay was offered in compensation...LOL

Apartment was comfortable but not convenient

The apt was comfortable. We had almost everything we needed for our stay. However, parking was a bit confusing and not very convenient to get to and from our apt. I liked that everything was sent to me via email and was detailed. We were supposed to get a bottle of wine during our stay but it was not left. In the grand scheme of things, it was not a big deal but we were looking forward to it.

Apartment comfort

The outside driving up looked uninviting but once inside the apartment it was beautiful and welcoming. I loved sitting on the balcony drinking my coffee daily. They had a dog park and a washing station for my dog which I loved.

Amazing Comfortable Stay

The apartment was big and very clean. The apartment complex is nice and has a lot of friendly tenants. The pool area was very relaxing and spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom plus a walk-in closet, which we didn't use too much but was very nice if it was needed. Whole foods is two blocks away and about half a mile away were many good restaurants. Also super close to Piedmont Park. BCA was very responsive when I had questions and overall a very pleasant stay.

The place is beautiful but my check-in was not smooth. I'll just say that management needs someone on site or at least be able to reach by phone because I arrive at 11p and did not get assistance. Their office closes at night. There was a car park outside that looked like parking enforcement but when I tried to get their attention I realized that the car was empty. If it weren't for other tenants I would have been completely lost.

In the arrival instructions you were provided, there are step-by-step instructions with photos on how to access our apartments, what phone number to call to contact a property manager 24/7, and more information about your apartment. You have provided us with this feedback several times now and we have asked each time if there were any specific areas of the instructions that you found to be confusing, but we have not yet received that information from you. It is becoming clear, that you perhaps did not fully read our arrival instructions prior to arrival, which could certainly cause confusion about the process. Instructions to park & get into the space were thorough. The rooms were clean, and the overall space felt open and spacious. The pool looked nice although we were not in town long enough to use it.

Easy check-in and check-out process. Roomy enough for 4 people to lodge. Loved the large bathrooms and walk-in closets! Kitchen was large and had all the kitchenware needed to cook, eat, drink, etc. Central location to downtown, Buckhead, the mall and other attractions. The only recommendation I would suggest is a full length mirror for us ladies! Other than that, I would stay again and recommend others to stay as well! This place is amazing. We rented the 2 bedroom, and it was basically a 2 bedroom furnished apartment. Its away from downtown, which was nice that we could get some rest after a long day at basketball tournament. There are several restaurants in walking distance, but also traffic is not bad in the area, if you want to venture out a little farther. The free parking and easy check-in process makes this place a must stay.
