This is my second time I’ve stayed at BCA. My first time was several years ago and it’s nice to know within all of that time nothing has changed. The location is super convenient, the rental is affordable and the check-in is convenient with great service! While booking I requested extra towels and linen and upon check-in they were sitting right on the bed. You won’t get a more affordable place in downtown Atlanta than BCA. On top of that parking is FREE which has no comparison to the inflated prices of over rated high end hotels. I will always consider staying here and recommend this place to others! P.S. they have this great company owned boat wash and shampoo that was available for guest use. A little over priced at $30 a bottle or I’d of purchase one but wonderful for use while there! by Lenai 2024-05-29

Thank you so much for making my first days in Atlanta delightful. I so appreciated the kitchenette appliances offered, which made making meals a breeze. I also appreciated the midweek full apartment clean offered by the staff. I conveniently was able to do laundry, as well. Thanks for the hospitality!

Team BCA Response: It was such a pleasure having you here in Atlanta and I'm glad you had a great experience at our place. The kitchen is definitely a game changer for making meals for stays of any length.

Quick stay

by Tiffany 2023-11-09

4/5

First off I’d like to say that this was a very pleasant stay. It was updated for the most part. The bathroom not having a fan, only having two towels/rags and the title floor are about the only touch ups I would suggest. Also maybe a complimentary $10 car wash just because of the sap from the trees. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend.
Team BCA response: Thanks so much for your feedback, Tiffany! It's nice to hear that for the most part, you enjoyed your stay. We're happy to say that the bathrooms in the building are getting their bathroom fans installed this week. We're taking note of the other minor fixes you suggested. We'd like to invite you to stay with us again next time you're in Atlanta!

Great place to stay and beats a hotel easily. Really everything was great. I would suggest fixing the shower knobs and bent window blinds but that’s it.

Team BCA Response: Thanks so much for the awesome review! We really appreciate you taking the time to post your thoughts about your stay with us. We'll definitely look into fixing up the shower knobs and window blinds so your next stay will be even better! We're glad you enjoyed your time here and hope to see you again soon!

Funky studio - love the tiling

by Frances 2023-07-28

This is such a cute and funky studio. We had breakfast and dinner "in" every day and took lunch out as well so we saved heaps. We had an issue with a leak in the bathroom but the communication was swift and professional. The laundry was a great facility. Thank you BCA.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for your kind words about our studio, Frances! We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us. We apologize for the leak in the bathroom and are glad that our swift and professional communication put your mind at ease. We are also glad that you enjoyed the laundry facility. We are delighted that you found the decor, bed, and air conditioning to your liking. Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a kind review. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Viajes seguros. ------ Being completely virtual does come with some challenges. But our property managers are great a helping everything through our check in process. Thank you for choosing BCA Furnished Apartments. We are glad to hear that once you arrived, we had everything you needed to enjoy your trip in Atlanta. Safe travels.

Birthday weekend

by Charles 2022-09-07

The area was very quiet the staff was helpful and friendly. I liked that was close to the freeway and was pretty close to places I wanted to go to. I will definitely book here again

Team BCA Response: Thank you for choosing BCA Furnished Apartments for your birthday weekend in Atlanta. We are so happy to hear that you had a great time in the city. We look forward to seeing you again.

Comfortable in Midtown

by Erik 2022-06-16

This apartment was in a fantastic location with enough residential quiet to be relaxing but close enough to Midtown to access the city. The queer friendly flag out front signifies that this would be a welcoming place to stay and it certainly was. My only suggestion is that the parking is very limited and cramped in the upper deck. Not much to be done about it, but on busy nights angling into certain spots with my rental car was a little challenging. The other thing was that my power strip was very loose and chargers routinely just fell out of it. Ultimately minor issues. The overall stay was lovely! Thanks so much, Erik

Team BCA Response: Thank you for your 5-star review! We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and felt so welcomed. The upper parking deck is a little tricky, but you are right, until we do a major renovation, we will all have to try our best with those spots at the end. Thank you for letting us know about the loose power strip. We will have that replaced.

On screaming tenants

by Alan 2022-04-07

Overall I had a positive impression, there clearly went a lot of effort into making Studio 7 a nice place to stay. My only issue was that I felt that the mechanisms of enforcement for the noise policy were slightly underwhelming, but as a property manager, I also recognize the limitations inherent to such things. Staff were kind, prompt, and professional, quarters were comfortable, utilities were functional. So overall I'm pleased.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for your understanding and patience. Noise complaints are always taken seriously, and we investigate all matters brought to our attention. Thank you for all your communication regarding your situation and stay. We are happy to know that overall you were satisfied with your stay and enjoyed all our offerings.

Shepherd center Ronald MacDonald house

by Stalker 2022-02-23

Excellent, convenient place to stay for caregivers of Shepherd patients. Even better if you can get a handicapped accessible bathroom found in the remodeled units.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for choosing BCA Furnished Apartments while you were with your wife at the Shepard Center. We hope that you both are doing well and made it to your next destination safely.

Appreciate friendly service

by Karen 2021-10-06

Representative makes sure l am ok during my stay. I have recommended BCA furnishings to my Nurse Friends.

Team BCA Response: Thank you for your review. We love to hear how much you are enjoying your stay. We hope you enjoyed that extra coffee we dropped off the other day. If you need anything else while you are here, please let us know.

All you need in a perfect stay

by Jenifer 2021-06-16

My stay was comfortable, safe, peaceful, clean. Everything was provided that I needed. I only had to bring my clothes. Easiest move I ever made.

Team BCA Response: It never gets old to hear our guests were safe, comfortable, and happy with their stay! Thank you for choosing BCA while you were in Atlanta.

Great location, simple, and super clean!

by Beth 2020-11-24

We loved the location for our extended stay in Atlanta while visiting our daughter and son-in-law who live in Buckhead. The apartment was conveniently located and extremely clean (important to us with all the current Covid anxiety). It gave us our own space and ability to work remotely online during the weekdays (the WiFi worked great!). It IS a studio apartment, so nothing huge or fancy, but simple and neat and plenty of space for two of us - we had ALL we needed and were quite comfortable. We appreciated the BCA management too - they were always so approachable and responsive to my emails and questions. We would definitely return!

Team BCA Response: Cleanliness is very important to us and always has been. We are very proud of our housekeeping team and they were so happy to hear your feedback. We are happy that we could be your home for your stay in Atlanta. All of our apartments have their own 100 MB WiFi connection to keep you going while you are away. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your travels and hope to see you again.

I would highly recommend!

by 찬규 2020-05-29

so cute and neat room. There's a lot of good convenient things. The location is perfect for Atlanta trip.

Team BCA Response:
We are so glad that you could stay with us during your trip through Atlanta. Safe travels on the rest of your journey.

Clean, comfortable and convienient

by John 2020-05-29

We needed a place to say while one in our group underwent a procedure at Piedmont Heart Complex. Covid-19 prevented use from being present in the hospital and this location provided an excellent staging and rest area. Also convenient to may food sources.

Team BCA Response:
John, we are so happy that we could accommodate you and your family during this time. We wish you a speedy recovery from your procedure. Thank you for your stay with us and congratulations on winning our monthly review drawing!

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient!

I stay at BCA Apartments when I work in Atlanta and I can't say enough good things! The apartments are clean and comfortable. And you can't beat the great team at BCA who are ALWAYS available to help at any time of day. Best place to stay in Atlanta!

Team BCA Response:
Donna, we are thrilled to hear that you enjoy your stays so much. Nic and Alex work hard to make sure each guest has the best experience, every time they stay. Whether it is questions about the unit or a request for extra towels – we are here for anything you need. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Team BCA Response:

by Monica (Airbnb) 2019-06-16

The Studios on 25th was a Great place to stay in Atlanta. I wish we would have found this place before booking our original Airbnb. But none the less Nic, Alex, and David definitely came thru when we needed it. They were Super accommodating and helpful. The Studios are perfect for two travelers. Stylish, have a kitchen and include everything you would need for your stay. We stayed almost 2 weeks and were very comfortable. The area is great, felt very safe and clean. Our dog even enjoyed our temporary place I would highly recommend the Studios and would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Atlanta.

by Jeffrey (Hotels.com) 2019-04-13

Re-booked this room to stay in town and have access to a kitchen. Turns out it was close my own old neighborhood so it was a great stay for me. Access to good food and shopping including a few old standbys that are still around from the 80’s and 90’s. Felt like my own studio, I loved it. Do take extra towels and essentials if staying more than 2-3 days.

by Amanda (Booking.com) 2019-07-21

I liked that everything was planned and detailed. There was little to no room for error because everything was explained very clearly. The host was great, she was super accommodating and flexible. Everything was clean and in order. You could tell that the host cared about the experience of the guests. The property is well kept.

by Faith (Booking.com) 2017-10-02

The room was quite comfortable and cozy! I loved the modern feel, the artwork, and the location. It was very close to a gas station, the mall, Starbucks, and restaurants; yet, it was far enough away from the main highway for the noise level to be very quiet. I slept great each night there, and I rarely get that kind of sleep in a hotel. I loved that toiletries were provided and the kitchen area was stocked with pots, pans, utensils, real dishes, glasses, and mugs, as well as cleaning supplies, so it was really like a home away from home.

by Anonymous (Expedia) 2019-07-16

The apartment is located near Midtown and also the Beltline trail. It was easy to self check-in and check-out. The apartment is very clean and everything we needed was available. I would definitely stay again.

by Bobby (Expedia) 2018-08-16

Affordable, comfy, efficiency suite, in a quiet residential area. On site laundry room, great parking, highly recommended!

by Celeste (Expedia) 2018-04-24

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, which was very clean and comfortable, and located in a decent area, with lots of places to eat up the road, a bus route very close by and also [Arts Center] MARTA subway station not too far away. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean, quiet with parking

by Jim (HomeAway) 2017-02-06

We needed a place to stay for a couple days during our short stay in Atlanta. We discovered while searching through hotels that parking is a big issue and can add significantly to the cost of your stay. This place was close to the Aquarium, yet in a residential area and had off street, lighted parking. It was small but did have a kitchenette area and was very clean. It may be a little cramped if you were there for an extended stay. At first, there seemed to be a lot of rules but I'm guessing they are all due to issues in the past. All in all, I would recommend it. Be aware that to get into the unit we were in, you had to climb several outside stairs, something that could be an issue for other travelers. Ask, as there are two buildings. My only negative is that was no 'welcome packet' with recommendations for local restaurants, activities, etc. We've come to depend on them when traveling in new cities.

by Michelle (Expedia) 2018-08-23

Great service, comfortable, Excellent location!! Prompt response for assistance, hassle-free check in process. Loved it! Will stay again

by Emily (Airbnb) 2018-08-15

We really enjoyed our stay here. The check-in and permit parking space made everything so easy. The space was clean, the linens were fresh, and the glasses/dishes in the kitchen were spotless. We'd totally stay here again if we're ever back in Atlanta.
